Behavioral Health for Healers

I provide care to trainees and practicing health care providers.

Training for students in the field of health care can be deeply challenging and simultaneously satisfying. I work to prevent burnout as early as possible while recognizing that it can manifest at any point in a provider's career. We must first take care of ourselves so we may provide the best care to our patients.

At this time I offer treatment for:

- Trainees: medical students, nursing students, physician assistant students, residents, fellows.

- Practicing Providers: nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, and physician assistants. 

I offer low cost appointments for trainees, following a sliding scale model commensurate with training and years of practice for active practitioners. To facilitate low pricing for trainees my services are currently self-pay.

I focus on late afternoon and evening appointment offerings, given the difficult schedules for those working in health care. 

Intake appointments are 90 minutes. 

Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes or 60 minutes.

Latest Appointment - 7:00 PM EST

I utilize an integrated approach in brain health, formulating a treatment plan that best fits the patient. This may include psychotherapy, medication management, lifestyle changes, nutrition, digital interventions, and referrals for biofeedback, neurofeedback, and somatic treatments.
